Just like in the constitution, there would be both age requirements and limitations. The students must be a junior or a senior. The student must also uphold and maintain a 3.67 GPA. The age requirements makes sure that the student is wise and mature enough. The GPA limit makes sure that the student is smart enough and able to handle more.
