A town meeting is when a group of people go in the middle of there town message is usually very important and from someone important such as king. Most town meetings were about something such as tax , or new rules that are going to be set up. how they were like? well they were probably very short , or quick. hardly any people will speak out their turn. it would usually be quiet. enough so that the king would only be able to hear himself out of the hole town.
