Just like any regular polygon, to find the interior angle we use the formula 180(n–2) For an octagon, n=8. (n=the number of sides of the polygon; a polygon is a shape with 3 or more sides) The sum of interior angles of an octagon=(n-2)*180 degrees =(8-2)*180 degrees = 6*180 degrees =1080 degrees.
