The question is to state the term that described the point of view influenced by opinion and base on my research and further analysis, I would say that the answer would be a Minority Influence. It is a  form of social influence, takes place when a member of a minority group influences the majority.

Without much context I'm assuming the word your looking for is bias(ed). To be biased is when your point of view is influenced by an opinion. In other words, a person who is biased tends to be narrow minded because of the way they think.
