66 2/3 % in its decimal fraction is 66.66

Let the number represented by 1% be x

66.66% = 200   

     1 %  = x

We simplify the above equation.

66.66 × x = 200 x1

66.66x = 200

         x =  200/66.66

          x = 3.0003 → x = 3.0 rounded off.

So is if 1% represents 3 ,

then 100% will be 100% × 3 = 300

Therefore there are 300  chamber of commerce members.
